How the matching works

Find YOUR cam sits on top of the live listings of Stripchat and Chaturbate. Every few minutes we read which rooms are streaming and what each model declares about themselves. You answer up to three questions; we filter and rank on those answers, then you swipe through the rooms one by one, TikTok-style. Matcher version 0.1.

What we read

• Category — girls, couples, trans or men, exactly as the platform lists the room.
• Languages — the languages the model declares on their profile. Not their country, not a guess.
• Mood — a handful of tags the models set themselves: dance, dirty talk, role-play and cosplay, interactive toys, small audience, new faces.
• Freshness — when we last saw the room live. A room not seen for ten minutes drops off the list.

How answers change the list

• Category is a hard filter. If you ask for couples, you get couples, even when only three are online.
• A language you asked for and the model speaks counts twice as much as a mood match.
• Recently checked rooms rank higher. Popularity is capped so the largest rooms don't always come first, and small rooms get a nudge when you didn't ask for anything specific.
• Discovery mixes categories, platforms and room sizes within your filters. The results grid still offers the most-watched order.
• If nothing matches, we say which answer to loosen instead of quietly widening it for you.

The swipe feed

Open any room and it fills the screen. Swipe up (or press the down arrow) for the next one: the feed continues in the list you came from, and when that list runs out it starts again with whoever is live by then. Only the room on screen plays; the others are still pictures until you reach them.

• It learns on your device. Saving or hiding a room has the strongest effect. Opening it on the platform is a smaller signal. The next room stays ready; later picks adapt to your choices. One in five follows the discovery order to keep some variety.
• Nothing is sent anywhere. The profile is a few numbers in your browser storage, next to your favorites. No account, no cookie on our side, no server-side history. Clearing your favorites clears it too.
• Waiting is not a preference. We cannot reliably observe playback inside every provider player, so time spent waiting or swiping quickly does not train your profile. Use Save and Not for me to guide the next picks.
• Hard filters stay hard. The profile reorders rooms inside your answers; it never adds a category you did not ask for.

What we don't do

• No guessing from photos: no face recognition, no inferred gender, age or nationality.
• No paid placement inside the ranking. Every outbound link is an affiliate link, but no room is ranked higher for it.
• No account, no email, no server-side history. Your answers live in the address bar; saved rooms live in your browser.
• No invented numbers: no "98% match", no fake countdowns, no fake chat.

Limits

"Live" means seen live within the last ten minutes, so a room can have just gone private. Some models restrict which countries can see them; we apply those restrictions, which is why counts may differ from one country to another. A small audience makes conversation easier, but nobody owes you a reply.
